The Bourdon tube pressure gauge measures pressure through the principle of elastic deformation. Its core component is a curved metal tube (Bourdon tube). When the measured medium pressure enters the tube, the non-circular cross-section tube body deforms outward due to internal pressure, causing the free end to move. This displacement is amplified by a sector gear mechanism, which drives the pointer to rotate and indicate the pressure value on the dial. The entire system requires no external power supply and features a simple and reliable structure. Different configurations such as C-type or helical Bourdon tubes can accommodate various ranges, but overload and severe vibration should be avoided to maintain measurement accuracy.
