DPG40

The differential pressure gauge measures the difference between two pressure sources through a mechanical structure. Its core uses a diaphragm or bellows as the sensing element. When the high-pressure port (P1) and low-pressure port (P2) act on opposite sides of the diaphragm, the pressure difference causes the diaphragm to deform, which drives a linkage mechanism to amplify the displacement and ultimately moves the pointer to indicate the differential pressure value on the dial. The instrument is typically filled with silicone oil to dampen vibration and protect the transmission components.

The DPG40 differential pressure gauge is a member of the DELTA series and is primarily used for low differential pressure monitoring with stringent requirements for unilateral overpressure and static pressure measurement. Its typical market applications include process heating technology, HVAC industry, water/wastewater treatment, as well as mechanical engineering and plant construction. In these applications, the primary function of the measuring instrument is to monitor the differential pressure across filters, compressors, and pumps.
