Magnetic flap level gauge operates based on the principle of buoyancy and magnetic coupling. Its core consists of a magnetic float inside the measuring tube and a flap indicator array arranged on the outside. When the liquid level rises, the float moves with the buoyancy of the medium, and the internal permanent magnet drives the external flaps (red and white bicolor) to flip 180°, visually displaying the liquid level height through color change.

The UTN top-mounted level transmitter consists of a measuring chamber, a float with a guide rod, and a magnetic system. It can be installed on the tank via suitable process connections (flange, thread). The permanent magnetic system is connected to the float via a guide rod and transmits the liquid level measured by the float in the vessel (non-contactly) to the magnetic flap indicator mounted on the outside of the measurement assembly.
