The measuring principle of pressure transmitters is based on the deformation characteristic of diaphragms. When pressure fluctuates, fill fluid transfers pressure to the Wheatstone resistance bridge, converting deformation of sensing elements into electrical signals. These signals are amplified via an amplifier and converted into standard 4 to 20mA output signals for communication with control systems.

Monocrystalline silicon pressure transmitters adopt monocrystalline silicon pressure sensors mounted on the top of the metal body, away from medium contact surfaces to achieve mechanical and thermal isolation. Glass-sintered integrated sensor leads provide high-strength electrical insulation from the metal base, enhancing circuit flexibility and transient voltage resistance. They withstand complex chemical conditions and mechanical loads, feature excellent anti-electromagnetic interference performance, and suit pressure, level and flow measurement under harsh process industrial environments.
