ZR802G

The measurement principle of the ZR802G is based on the oxygen concentration cell effect of zirconia. Its core feature is the utilization of zirconia ceramics, which become oxygen ion conductors at high temperatures (typically heated to 750°C). When there is a difference in oxygen concentration on the two sides of the sensor (reference side and measurement side), oxygen ions migrate directionally, thereby generating an electromotive force (millivolt signal) between the two electrodes that is proportional to the oxygen concentration difference. The instrument detects this potential and calculates the oxygen concentration in the sample gas according to the Nernst equation.

Zirconia oxygen analyzers can be used for large or medium and small boilers (for power generation, heavy oil, natural gas, coal, etc.) and various industrial furnaces (oil/steel heating furnaces, coal kilns, etc.); zirconia high-temperature humidity analyzers can be used in coloring processes in textile factories, steam curing processes for concrete products, various manufacturing and drying processes for building materials, wood, food, and other industries, as well as various manufacturing and humidification processes for food and other products.
