IR202

The IR202 is capable of measuring the concentrations of CO2, CO, CH4, SO2, and NO in process gases using non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) methods, while simultaneously measuring using paramagnetic or zirconia methods. It can measure up to four components simultaneously, including O2 (or up to three components if oxygen measurement is not included). The infrared detection unit adopts a high-sensitivity mass flow sensor, and the single-beam system used for measurement allows easy maintenance and ensures long-term high stability.

The IR202 infrared gas analyzer is primarily used for industrial process control and environmental compliance monitoring. Typical applications include optimizing combustion efficiency and continuous flue gas emission monitoring (CEMS) in thermal power plants, steel metallurgy, petrochemical industries, and waste incinerators. By measuring the concentrations of key components such as CO, CO₂, SO₂, and NOx in real-time, it helps achieve energy conservation, emission reduction, and environmentally compliant emissions.
