IR400

The IR400 infrared gas analyzer is capable of measuring the concentrations of NO, SO2, CO2, CO, CH4, and O2 in the sample gas. NO, SO2, CO2, CO, and CH4 are measured using non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) technology, while oxygen is measured via a built-in paramagnetic sensor or an external zirconia sensor. It can simultaneously measure up to five components, including oxygen (up to four components without oxygen measurement). The infrared detection unit employs a mass flow-type dual detector with high sensitivity and high reliability, making the measurements virtually unaffected by interfering components.

The IR400 infrared gas analyzer is primarily used for industrial combustion process control and flue gas emission monitoring (CEMS). Its core applications include waste incinerators, industrial boilers, and steel metallurgical blast furnaces. By continuously monitoring the concentrations of gases such as CO, SO₂, and NOx, it optimizes combustion efficiency and ensures compliance with environmental emission regulations.
