GD402 Vibration Frequency Variation Based on Thin-Walled Cylindrical Resonator: Its core sensor is a high-precision stainless steel thin-walled cylinder driven by electromagnetic force. When gas enters the cylinder, gas molecules adhere to the inner wall of the cylinder and vibrate along with it, thereby changing the equivalent mass of the system. The greater the gas density, the lower the natural vibration frequency of the cylinder. By accurately measuring this frequency change, the absolute density of the gas can be directly calculated without relying on temperature or pressure compensation.

General-purpose

The GD402 is primarily used for gas calorific value monitoring (by calculating calorific value through density), hydrogen purity monitoring of hydrogen-cooled generators in the power industry (by calculating H₂ concentration through density), control of fuel gas mixing ratios in refinery catalytic cracking (FCC) units and natural gas processing plants, as well as online analysis of gas molecular weight and product quality in chemical processes.
