Measuring principle:

The measurement principle is based on transmission-type near-infrared spectroscopy using Fourier transform. The core process is as follows: the broadband light emitted by a halogen lamp passes through a Michelson interferometer to produce interference light, which is transmitted to the probe via optical fiber to illuminate the sample. After the sample absorbs light of specific wavelengths, the transmitted light is received by an InGaAs detector. The resulting interferogram signal is mathematically processed through Fourier transform, converting it into an absorption spectrum that reflects the vibrational modes of chemical bonds in the sample. Combined with a chemometric model, this spectrum is then used to calculate the sample's component concentrations or physical properties.
