Measuring principle:

The measurement principle of the WE430 hydrazine analyzer is based on the wet chemical photometric colorimetric method. Under acidic conditions, hydrazine in the water sample reacts with p-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde reagent to produce a yellow azo compound. The instrument measures the absorbance of this compound at a specific wavelength (approximately 420 nm) and calculates the concentration of hydrazine according to the Lambert-Beer law.
