Measuring principle:
The measurement principle of ROTAMASS Prime is based on the Coriolis effect. The measuring tube inside the instrument is electromagnetically driven to produce high-frequency vibrations. When fluid flows through the vibrating tube, it experiences Coriolis forces, causing the inlet and outlet sections to undergo torsional deformation in opposite directions. By detecting the phase difference (time difference) of the vibration signals on both sides, the mass flow of the fluid can be directly calculated. At the same time, the density can be determined based on the vibration frequency, enabling multi-parameter measurement.
