Different sensor models are available for different applications, covering measurement from trace levels up to free bromine concentrations of 200 mg/L. • Fast response time (t90 < 20 s) provides an accurate view of process conditions, enabling prompt response to process changes and efficient process control. The sensor remains active in bromine-free media and immediately detects the presence of bromine. • Enhanced process safety: Accurate, long-term stable measurement enables continuous process monitoring and flexible, demand-based adjustment of disinfectant dosing. • Safe seawater disinfection: Adding chlorine to seawater produces bromine compounds. Monitoring chlorine concentration can result in measurement errors and insufficient disinfection. • Fast and easy sensor replacement with increased uptime: The sensor can be pre-calibrated in the laboratory for plug-and-play installation in the field. • Combined with the Liquiline multiparameter transmitter, the sensor can simultaneously measure other relevant water quality parameters, such as pH and ORP.
