After sample conditioning, the filtered sample is pumped into a mixing or reaction chamber, where the reagent is precisely dosed at a defined ratio to produce a characteristic color. A full-spectrum photometer measures the absorbance at specific wavelengths, which is proportional to the concentration of the target parameter. Reference measurement compensates for interference, while constant photometer temperature ensures stable and reproducible results.
