Monocrystalline silicon resonant sensors perceive measured parameters through changes in the vibration frequency of the resonant beam. When external pressure or density varies, the frequency of the H-shaped resonant beam on the monocrystalline silicon chip changes accordingly, which is then converted to a standard electrical signal output via a microprocessor.
