Measuring principle:
The single-crystal silicon resonant sensor senses the measured parameters through changes in the vibration frequency of the resonant beam. When external pressure or density changes, the frequency of the H-shaped resonant beam on the silicon chip changes accordingly, and this is converted to a standard electrical signal output via a microprocessor. This technology uses a dual Wheatstone bridge design combined with an integrated circuit, which effectively reduces hysteresis and minimizes the effects of temperature and static pressure.
