EJA530E

The single-crystal silicon resonant sensor senses the measured parameters through changes in the vibration frequency of the resonant beam. When external pressure or density changes, the frequency of the H-shaped resonant beam on the silicon chip changes accordingly, and this is converted to a standard electrical signal output via a microprocessor. This technology uses a dual Wheatstone bridge design combined with an integrated circuit, which effectively reduces hysteresis and minimizes the effects of temperature and static pressure. The sensor features fast response, self-diagnosis, and high stability.

Standard gauge pressure

The EJA530E high-performance pressure transmitter uses single-crystal silicon resonant sensor technology and is suitable for measuring the pressure of liquids, gases, or steam. It converts pressure into a 4–20mA DC current signal output and features fast response, remote setup, and self-diagnosis functions.
