Measuring principle:
Monocrystalline silicon resonant sensors perceive measured parameters through changes in the vibration frequency of the resonant beam. When external pressure or density changes, the frequency of the H-shaped resonant beam on the monocrystalline silicon chip changes accordingly, which is then converted to a standard electrical signal output via a microprocessor. This technology employs a dual Wheatstone bridge design combined with an integrated circuit, effectively reducing hysteresis and minimizing the effects of temperature and static pressure. The sensor features fast response, self-diagnosis capability, and high stability.
