Differential pressure transmitters are key instruments in industrial process measurement and control. Their core lies in precisely and stably measuring the pressure difference (ΔP) between two different points, and converting and transmitting this difference into standardized industrial signals (such as 4-20mA or digital signals). It senses the measured pressure through two independent pressure interfaces (high-pressure side H and low-pressure side L), and the internal sensitive components (such as differential capacitor film boxes) sense the pressure difference on both sides. This tiny pressure difference signal is processed through amplification, linearization, temperature compensation, filtering and electrical isolation, and finally outputs a standard signal proportional to the pressure difference.
