Measuring principle:
Pressure transmitters are key measuring instruments in industrial automation. Their core lies in precisely, stably and reliably converting and transmitting the pressure values of process fluids (gases or liquids) into standardized industrial signals. It directly contacts or senses the measured pressure through its internal sensitive elements (such as strain gauges, capacitor diaphragms, resonant wires, etc.), converting physical pressure changes into weak electrical signals. After going through amplification, linearization processing, temperature compensation, filtering and electrical isolation and other conditioning steps, this signal is converted into a standard output signal widely adopted in the industry (the most typical being a 4-20mA DC current signal, or digital signals such as HART, Profibus PA, etc.).
