EJA120E

Monocrystalline silicon resonant sensors perceive measured parameters through changes in the vibration frequency of the resonant beam. When external pressure or density changes, the frequency of the H-shaped resonant beam on the monocrystalline silicon chip changes accordingly, and is converted into a standard electrical signal output by the microprocessor. This technology employs a dual Wheatstone bridge design combined with integrated circuits, effectively reducing hysteresis and minimizing the effects of temperature and static pressure. The sensor features fast response, self-diagnostic capabilities, and high stability.

Differential Pressure

The EJA120E high-performance micro differential pressure transmitter utilizes monocrystalline silicon resonant sensor technology and is suitable for measuring the flow, level, density, and pressure of liquids, gases, or steam. The EJA120E converts the measured differential pressure into a 4–20 mA DC current signal output, featuring fast response, remote configuration, and self-diagnosis capabilities.
