Measuring principle:
The measured pressure is respectively sensed through two independent pressure interfaces (high-pressure side H and low-pressure side L), and the internal sensitive components (such as differential capacitor film boxes) sense the pressure difference on both sides. This tiny pressure difference signal is processed through amplification, linearization, temperature compensation, filtering and electrical isolation, and finally outputs a standard signal proportional to the pressure difference.
