Measuring principle:

The measuring principle of vibration-resistant stainless steel pressure gauges is based on the elastic deformation of the built-in stainless steel sensing element under pressure. The deformation is transferred to the pointer via the conversion mechanism inside the gauge movement, rotating the pointer to indicate the pressure value of the measured medium on the dial. Specifically, the measured medium enters the sensing element through the process connection and generates displacement at the element’s tip. This displacement is amplified by connecting links and a gear transmission mechanism, which drives the pointer to show the corresponding pressure reading on the dial. The gauge consists of a pressure guiding system (process connection, Bourdon tube, flow restrictor screw, etc.), a gear transmission mechanism, an indicating assembly (pointer and dial), and an outer housing (case, bezel, gauge glass, etc.). The housing is filled with damping liquid (glycerin or silicone oil) to resist operational vibration and suppress pulsation of medium pressure.
