Measuring principle:
‌For electric contact pressure gauges, the Bourdon tube of the measuring system undergoes elastic deformation under the pressure of the measured medium. Such deformation is amplified by the gear transmission mechanism to drive the pointer to indicate the pressure reading. When the pointer reaches the preset value, the contacts close or open the circuit to switch the circuit on and off, realizing automatic control and alarm functions. An electric contact pressure gauge consists of a (magnetic-assisted) electric contact assembly, housing, gear transmission mechanism, indicating unit, pressure guiding system, terminal socket and adjustment device.
